Michigan faces the realities of todays challenging economy at a disadvantage. Year after year, it loses its most valuable resource people. Due to a perceived lack of opportunity in Michigan, a majority of its college graduates seek employment outside the state. Classroom2Career, a new initiative designed to retain talent will work to stop this exodus.

Michigan boasts more than one hundred colleges and universities including three designated major research institutions. Each year, these schools produce thousands of skilled individuals ready to enter the workforce. Classroom2Career will introduce this next generation of talented workers to the high-tech and creative new careers that can be found right here in Michigan.
